From scheduling my daughter's first appointment to the post op visit after her wisdom teeth were removed, every interaction with the staff of Illinois Oral Surgery and Implant Center of Naperville has been SUPERB!!! Every member of that team is 100% genuine with their care and compassion. They always have a smile on their faces, are very accommodating, not to mention patient, with appointments and rescheduling. Dr. Almandalawi is personable, patient focused, humorous and keeps up-to-date on the latest technologies and their effectiveness in regards to his patients outcomes. I can't forget to mention the fact that they are one of the only offices in the area that knows how to and will file the bills under patients' medical insurance if the services are covered by it. Most dental insurance doesn't cover the removal of wisdom teeth. But other offices won't file with medical insurance regardless. Having it paid for by insurance is obviously a huge benefit! Chosing this provider is one decision you won't regret!
