Amanda
Amanda is our Practice Manager and has been working side-by-side with Dr. Almandalawi since 2018.  With 23 years of experience in the dental field, Amanda is able to help our patients with all of their questions from A to Z.  She is our expert in insurance, billing, medical billing, and treatment planning.  Amanda and her husband Josh have 4 awesome kids and are often found watching one of their sporting events or enjoying their 2 acres in the country. 

Yusur is our marketing director.  You can often find her helping out at our front desk area on our busy days.  Born and raised in Philadelphia, she attended Temple University earning her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Business Administration.  Yusur is currently pursuing her medical degree.  In her free time, she loves to explore the city with friends and meet new people on her international travels.

Conner is a surgical assistant at IOS, pursuing his dream of being a firefighter. Conner recently graduated from EMT-B school and is currently certified as a medical emergency technician and is now at the Fire Academy.  Conner enjoys sparking a conversation with patients and giving quality care. In Conner’s free time, he enjoys working out and spending quality time with his friend.

Lorena is a surgical assistant at IOS has been in the dental field for 18 years and has been a surgical assistant for the past 12 years. She takes great pleasure in helping our patients throughout their entire procedure from the start of surgery till the patient has completed treatment. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking healthy meals, salsa dancing, traveling to warm sunny places with beautiful beaches, doing outdoor activities like hiking and enjoying spending time with her family!
