I was referred to Dr. Mohammed Almandalawi by my regular dentist for wisdom teeth removal. So happy for this referral because my experience was outstanding. Yaire and Taylor, at the front desk, were very professional and welcoming. Dr Almandalawi, during the consultation, described the procedure and all that it entailed. I had plenty of questions and concerns and frankly was quite nervous. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The day of surgery, I was still a bit nervous, so I was prescribed something to put me at ease. I was bought into the procedure room and again was put at ease by the Dr and his assistant. They described how things would go, the aftercare, and follow up a week later. I was extremely comfortable as the anesthesia was administered. I woke up asking more questions, but in no pain. I was informed everything went as planned. My wife and daughter were brought in to help with getting me ready for the ride home. On the way out I thanked the Dr Almandalawi with a fist bump because this procedure and overall experience couldnt have gone any better. I just had my follow-up appointment. Nate, Dr Almandalawi's assistant, was in charge of my follow-up. He showed me how to do the after care after the initial week's worth if healing. Of course I had plenty of questions and concerns about how I was healing and what to expect from here on out. He answered everything I threw at him and then some. Nate was personable and extremely well versed in the procedure and aftercare details. On my way out I saw Dr Almandalawi in the parking lot. I let him know how pleased I was with my overall experience of my procedure and results. I told him I already have some family members that need the same surgery lined up for him. I couldn't even imagine going anywhere else for my oral surgery needs. Thankyou Dr Almandalawi and your of your staff for your being so welcoming, personable, and professional.
