Overall a very good experience! I got my wisdom teeth removed after being told for years that I need to do it. I was very nervous mainly because I have some health issues that can make certain procedures more complicated and Dr. Almandalawi and his staff totally took care of that, which was a massive deal for me. I feel like the procedure itself and my recovery has actually been very manageable because of it, which is not a given for me. I will say it seems like the “customer service” aspect is sometimes a little finicky. When we were trying to schedule we called three times over the course of a couple weeks with no call back and for one appointment we waited at the front desk nearly 10 minutes before anyone came. Which, honestly, is really not the end of the world because I care a whole lot more about medical/dental expertise than customer service but since this is a review I figured I’d include that. And people were very friendly when we did get ahold of them, haha.
