It is important to me to be treated with respect, patience and an understanding of my personal needs. This is especially important in a dental environment. I found these attributes in the dental assistant and the doctor. They took time to explain the possible procedures, their outcomes and potential risks, preparation, surgical and recovery protocols and timelines. It was a detailed consultation during which my concerns and questions were addressed. I waited about 25 minutes after seeing the doctor for the office personnel to provide information on insurance and costs. While this seemed like a long wait, I realize that it takes time to procure information from insurance companies. Based on this consultation, I would recommend this practice.

I was in much pain, and they took me in as an emergency and helped me in a very quick and efficient manner.
