Everything about the visits was efficient and very well communicated. For me, clear communication on how the procedure is to be handled and expectations for the recovery period are critical. The entire team was exemplary. Beyond that, the doctor took time to understand my concerns and answer questions. He went out of his way to ensure that I felt comfortable asking.
