To start, Amanda the office manager could not be more incredible at her job or as a human being. She got me in after a medical emergency same day I called, was able to use my previous scans, had the kindest most compassionate demeanor ever, but was also very intelligent, knowledgeable and strategic. And the receptionists are just as helpful at their roles. They’re just awesome human beings. Dr. A spoke my language and was able to validate everything I spoke on w great insight and intelligence. Also an amazing human being.. previous negligence/malpractice cost me $12k and has me in significantly worse shape than I started. So im extra grateful so far to have found the support Dr. A, Amanda and team offered so far. Still have a ways to go, but will post updates on each visit w some detail as I am able. Will post on the double molar extraction from infected root canals on 14 and 15, and bone graft next.
