My husband, Robert Bacon, is terrified of dentists. He needed to have 2 teeth pulled, so we went to Illinois Oral Surgery In Naperville for a consultation. Immediately Robert felt relaxed and confident that we were in the right place! The entire staff was wonderful, understanding, & welcoming. He got to talk to Dr. “A”, who totally put his mind at ease and answered every question. Dr. “A” took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do before, during, & after surgery. Robert’s surgery was done yesterday. He has had very little bleeding and minimal pain! Kudos, Dr. “A”!!! And a special thank you to staff member, Amanda! She helped with the financial end by calling Robert’s insurance company and “fighting” for him to get the out-of-pocket cost way down! Amanda, you are the best!!!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted here. The staff were all professional and friendly. My doctor answered all my questions. They gave me detailed instructions on what to do after my procedure. They also gave me a call between my procedure day and post op follow up appointment. Excellent service!
